The sun sets on another day…
Friday. Just another day, just another sunset. Is it?
This particular Friday I saw the new movie “The Gentlemen”. Guy Ritchie has brought us a new film that is fun and full of fast paced action and details that weave an interesting and exciting story.
Sure, some of it was predictable, and sure some of it was a little over the top, but it was still a fun romp and an even more fun escape for just a moment. If you have the time I would suggest it for just about anyone. Just about.
Of particular interest to me was a Shakespearean reference about a pound a flesh. When Shakespeare suggested a pound of flesh as collateral I was always interested. In Shakespeare play, the solution given, to remove a pound of flesh without dropping a single bit of blood, was unique. In this movie I was intrigued as well and will simply leave it as a teaser, I am not fond of tattle tales. If you can, take a few hours and enjoy the movie.
So as the sun sets on another day, yes I like movies, and yes, I am a little over the top. If you get out to see one, enjoy it and have a lot of fun. After all isn’t fun a wonderful thing?
