Motives and operandi…

The sun sets on another day…

As sunset began to light the western sky another light appeared, and moments later the storm rolled in. Some would be sad to have missed the beauty and power of the sunset, but I was impressed as well with the beauty and power of the storm. The sunset was there and I knew it shone high above, but the storm, well, it had its beauty as well.

I write about similar a lot, and had done so here.

I was thinking about a lot of people yesterday as I watched storms roll in and out. I was thinking about how passion plays such a big part in our lives. I have said over and over that passion is a near uncontrollable feeling about something. Most people equate passion with love, and sex, and of course it is there, but it is so much more. I personally have passion for a lot of things. From photography to shooting, from trains to automobiles, from here to there. I find that passion is a massive driver, and passion can create a place where you want to be often and a little more. I find passion drives people harder than anything else, and it creates their way of approaching things, and they approach in as direct a fashion as possible.

As you think about passion you can consider the motives of people, and their potential positive outcomes. I would like to think most people have positive motives in mind, driven by their passions, and positive ways of getting things done. Sometimes I am right, sometimes not so much,m but in the end all we can control is ourselves. So I ask you, are you using that passion in a positive manner? If not, why? If so, awesome!

So as the sun sets on another day, passion keeps us alive and well, embrace it, and become a part of all you can. We can make the world a better place, and fashion a life based on the best motives we have, using our passion to drive each day. I like the idea. Keep on staying positive each day, no matter what.

Sleep sweet, love deeply, and feel your passion…
