The sun sets on another day…
Sunset was amazing, and as usual it colored the sky with a paintbrush most can barely imagine. I stood in awe for a moment watching then thought about the world anew.
Today was full of thought as I considered life and all the roads a person must walk down in their lives. The answer was not as easy as 42. In fact the answer is not easy at all.
I have gone down quite a few pathways. I have even done so tonight. This was not my first idea of a post, I was working on a post about hope and fear, and decided a different road. Still, I enjoy myself along the way. Today I was riding a bike down a path. People came and went, but in the end I was a little slower, a little more measured as I was looking at the flowers, a pretty scene in the woods, a butterfly, and a lot more.
I think our question should not be how many roads will we travel, but how many will we enjoy. I am going to suggest we enjoy every one. Why not? There are lots of reasons to enjoy our roads, and even more to enjoy every day. After all, every road has a lesson, even if it is a bad one.
So as the sun sets on another day, I think I have 420000 roads to go, but I am enjoying them all, and along the way, making every day an amazing day. Well, mostly, but I do make every day a day I find enjoyment and a lesson in. Enjoy your day, and have a super time, no matter what.
