Nano 2022

The sun sets on another day…

I finished Nanowrimo this year with fewer words and a daunting finish goal. At 54,000 (now 58000) words I see at least 40k more before this project is finished. As I developed the storyline it took a life of its own, and I have work to do, well, play to do that is fun!

Still, it has been an interesting month. I did write here as well each day between 300 and 1100 words for a whopping 16,000 words. I also slowed my own nano by getting lost in a short story that was over 12,000 words and 6 more that ranged in size for various submissions or my own groups.

In the end, a good writing month and a good start to a great project. Now all I have to do is finish 3 bunch on my plate and go on!

So as the sun sets on another day, thought I would share as I think about the longest night in the world, and all the fun that comes with it! Enjoy your day, and make it yours, no matter what.

Sleep sweet, love life, and live powerfully…
