The sun sets on another day…
Sunset was speckled with thunder as the clouds rolled in again. I wondered about the storm and all of the damage that had been done recently, but the rain would be just fine.
Welcome to the 7th day of the 7th month. Seems like sevens are lucky today. I enjoy a little bit of luck but I find it’s much better if I make my own. We often find ourselves in interesting places where we are looking for luck but what we should be doing is engaging with more. Sure, sevens are lucky if you are at a gaming table, but it’s far luckier just to have a positive attitude and find a way to make your own luck.
Gambling is always interesting, but it’s not a gamble if you believe in yourself. Let’s take this day and as twilight comes down upon us realize that every day is lucky if you want it to be.
So as the sun sets on another day, I hope you find your luck today and tonight. I hope you enjoy every moment that is laid out before you. Mostly I hope you realize that every day is an opportunity to find your own luck and make the world yours, no matter what.
