The sun sets on another day…
At sunset fell I enjoyed the basking of orange and red flying around the multitudes of clouds marching to some unknown destination. There was beauty everywhere and I felt good about it all.
I remember a movie many years ago with Treat Williams who continued to run into issue after issue and as each one of them assailed him is only question was, what now. I feel pretty good about that because that’s how I’m interpreting life right now. There are a multitudes of positives in my everyday and there are strange things that happen every day as well and in the end all I want to do is continue to overachieve and be that person that doesn’t give up. I will be that person that fights to the end with tooth and nail and perhaps a little more.
It’s sometimes lonely. People around me need to be lifted constantly. Some of them are destroyed by their own insecurities. Some of them face challenges. Some of them hide from every challenge. Some of them say what now while others ask “why me?”
I know, this is all crazy talk. My point of this interesting post is that we should overcome the negativity and as we say what now, we should equate that with this is going to be fun. We should take the time go further, do more, and in the process make a difference and maybe a bit more.
Which one are you? Do you say “what now?” Do you hide from what comes upon us? Or do you find another way and make a difference to yourself and everyone around?
So as the sun sets on another day, The Impossible Dream is real and I believe that we should march into hell for a heavenly cause. The world can be a better place and maybe even better than that. Be a part of that better place and when adversity comes ask what it is and then find a way to overcome it, no matter what.
