The sun sets on another day…
The sky lit up like 1,000,000 candles and then 1 by 1 each candle was blown out. As the light faded from the western sky I found myself lost in the colors and the feelings another spectacular sunset.
There are a lot of words in the world that mean different things then what they sound like, but there are also a lot of words let’s sound just like they’re said. I think clunk is one of those. After all what is a clunk but a clunk. If you make the sound clunk it’s very similar to hearing a clunk and just a bunch of sound that suddenly attacks you. If you hear a clunk behind you you will turn quickly to see what it is. If you hear a clunk in front of you, you will look because that sound is associated with a clunk. If you have a car that is a clunker, it’s making some weird sounds and if you do something that’s clunky, well it’s not very right either is it?
If we go through our days looking for fun words we will probably have a little more fun and somewhere along the way we will just clunk along.
