The sun sets on another day…
The sky was clearing ever so slowly after an intense storm. There was a rainbow to the east as the rain still slid, but to the west, the sunset closed in and lay beauty upon us all.
I was in a microburst today. I watched it on the radar as it started. A group of clouds closed in and suddenly there was chaos. Rain that could not be seen through, then hail, and intense wind. As the rain started to abate I saw trees down, and a power pole lay on its own wires. It was intense.
Sometimes chaos happens in a moment, and even though it is gone, it leaves a big bit of ickiness in its wake. We are left to deal with it all. Sometimes it is hard, sometimes it is not. Things get in the way, an din the end we need to solve the and move on.
How do you handle instant chaos? Do you find a way? Do you run? Or is there another choice?
