The sun sets on another day…
Today I was reminded of a song, “Time” by the Alan Parsons Project makes me smile as I listen to it, smile and be a little sad for a moment.
We have such amazing people in our lives and unfortunately they sometimes come and go. People grow, people change, people see the world in a different way and as they do we grow closer or grow apart. No time can this be seen more prevalently than today, where people are confined to their small worlds without others, and sometimes very very alone.
All I can suggest is you take the time to reach out, to talk to people, to do what you can to be as social as possible, and be there fore the people who need you. I can only hope everyone will do the same for you. After all, our world can be a better place if we just pay attention and communicate.
So as the sun sets on another day, this year has been different. We have found new avenues to talk, and laugh, and be together without being next to each other. Take advantage of them, take the time, be there all you can, no matter what.
