Stressed out

The sun sets on another day…

The sun is mindless (Literally) as it passes through the sky daily. Never happy nor sad, but easily making those of us below, happy, sad, and a variety of other emotions.

In life we feel stress often. Stress from so many sources: children, adults, friends, enemies, good people, bad people, furnaces, house fires, clean houses, dirty houses, strange meals and the list goes on and on. The point is we live in a world of stress. That being said, do this:

  • Blow out as far as you can pushing all the air out of your body
  • Breath in filling your lungs and feeling them raise to capacity
  • hold it for 1 count
  • enjoy the moment
  • Then blow out and breathe normal for a moment.
  • Repeat this three times, and try to relax as you do so.

For me that has always reduced stress when it’s near its endpoint, and always made me feel just a little better. Remember that in all the world there is only one you, and you are important. Let the stresses go, and enjoy your every moment, no matter what.

So as the sun sets on another day, remember that stress is not a good thing, and you can overcome it if you want to, and if you can’t, ask for a little help, and find a way to enjoy your ┬álife and enjoy the people around you.
