A simply complex series of thoughts…

The sun sets on another day…

There are things in life that make you laugh, and things that make you smile, but the things you will like most of all are the ones you feel for a while.

It is always interesting when you consider time, and how we approach life. There are people out there that are friends for a moment, a day, a week, and then they pass into the night. There are people that promise the world, and deliver for a while, then fade into the next world. There are people that ask for more and more and you get less and less until they have everything, and you feel as though you have nothing. There are people that make your life rich and fulfilled, but do not expect anything in return. there are people who give to you for no reason, and are there behind you even though you may not know it.  There are people that are there when you need them, and you know they are special just because.

I am sure you have seen many of these and a dozen more. It is not something you sit on the edge of your seat considering, but it is something you find from time to time. The question is, which one are you? Are you the one who gives, or takes? Do you realize who you are, do you want to be that person. Are you the person who reaches out to put a smile on someones face, or the person who waits impatiently for it to happen? Are you the person who gives until you have no more, or takes until a source is dry and moves on?

Huh, icky depressing or magnificently masterful?

It is in these moments that we define and decide who we are to the world. So who are you? I know a lot of good people, I talk to them as I can, and I believe everyone is a little of many types, but the best are a bit of themselves.

So as the sun sets on another day, ponder for a second on yourself, and enjoy the pictures of fire and fury and a wonderful sunset, because this day is one of 29000, more or less, and it is special because you, yes you, are in it.

Sleep sweet, love life, and well, live it….
