The sun sets on another day…
There was snow all day and driving in it was fun, but sometimes harrowing. As the eve approached there was a glimpse of sun, and at the beach a sudden and amazing sunset in the last moment.
You know, sometimes the last minute things in life are awesome. We are not quite expecting them and we are not quite sure it will be the last moment, but as it comes we can truly find a piece of peace and a hunk of harmony. The last moments can sometimes open our eyes to move, and sometimes take us places we never thought we would be able to achieve. The last moment can be good, bad, or indifferent but it will be the last movement and as such is almost always final.
Tonight as the wind ripped through me and I took my pictures of the sunset I watched the sun breath its last in fiery fury, and then all that was left was the wind. It was an amazing moment because I never expected today’s last moment of sunlight to be so perfect.
So as the sun set son another day, consider all the exciting last moments you have seen. Reach out, feel the wonderful times, and be a part of every moment you can, because each moment is precious, and so are you, no matter what day it is, who tells you different, you are precious, no matter what.
