Crashing waves…

The sun sets on another day…

As I watched the sunset the waves pounded the rocky shore and sprayed mist high into the sky. I was amazed at the power and the tenacity of the waves, and smiled as the sun crept to the far side of the sky.

I was happy today as I passed 40,000 words in Silent Sister. I am creaming Nanowrimo now but also lost with my characters in the edge of the story, looking at them as real in the back of my mind and thinking about what they would do in their situations.

I have found that characters are like the waves in the ocean as I write. Strong and powerful and pushing out to the pages I am building. I can honestly say I have written an evil person in my newest book, I can also honestly say that it will be good seeing face justice. As I continue to write I can be nothing but amazed as the words dance in front of me, and as each of the characters grow and take on a life of their own.

So as the sun sets on another day, I believe that the waves tell a story of their own, and I was glad to listen to their story. Now I have a story to tell, so I am off to write. Have an amazing eve, and love every moment.

Sleep sweet, love so deeply everyone knows, and remember to love no matter what…
