The sun sets on another day…
I watched the sunset from a seat in a plane. It was beautiful and I couldn’t get a good picture but I have a good memory. I have watched many sunsets from high above the clouds and this one was as beautiful. Everything colorful continued to show color and the world seemed small or maybe it was just right.
We have a choice. We have a choice each and every day to be the person that we want to be. Some of us will choose to be positive and traverse a path of positivity and uplifting fulfillment. That sounds yucky.
Some of us will take a middle road and deal with things as they come. Those people may seem positive or negative depending on the moment. This is where most people are or at least where I assume most people are. You know what assume means.
Some of us will take negative paths and look for the bad end things even if there isn’t any bad there. These people we’ll see the worst out of everything and as we go through life with them we might struggle a little.
Some of us will be in a completely different group and that group will be defined by us and our lives and all that we have experienced.
I thought about this a lot today as I went through airports and experienced people at their almost very worst and very best. Some people were happy, some people were not, all of them were their hearts on their sleeve in one way or another. It was unique.
Where are you? How do you deal with things on a daily basis? Do you start positive and go where you can? Do you start negative and if the best comes so be it? How does all of this affect you?
It’s all pretty easy. In the end, the world is a better place if we make good choices and not bad ones but it is our choice to be the person we want to be. It is our choice to be who we are and to show the world what we want to be for them. Make good choices.
So as the sun sets on another day, I think I’m going to be somewhere in the middle where my day starts out in a random place, but I claw and scrape to some level of positivity. There are many trials we have to face every day trauma but in the end we can be positive through them or at least try and I will continue to try every day, no matter what.
Sleep sweet, love life, and choose well…
