The sun sets on another day…
The breeze tickled my beard in the slowly dimming sky. Summer is wonderful in Michigan as the mornings come early and the night wanders in late. Above, the blue sky shifted slowly to shaded of orange and red, then finally the cool night closed in.
If you’re lucky enough to live in Michigan, you are lucky enough. I hear that from time to time. It always makes me smile because wherever you live you are lucky. Here in Michigan right now we have clear days and cool nights, but we have that in Alabama as well, And Kentucky, and Ohio, and Indiana, and West Virginia, and Tennessee, and all the places you might live. Clear days and cool nights make the world a little better.
That’s not the important part, you are. You can find a path to the best day ever just by being you. You are special. You can make a difference.
A great bit of time I see people worried about one thing or another who haven’t taken the time to see of understand how important they are, To both themselves and other people.
With that in mind just remember that you are special not because of where you are but because of you.
So as the sun sets on another day, I hope your day is fantastic. Mostly I hope you find your way to knowing how important you are and making your world the best world it can be, no matter what.
