The sun sets on another day…
The sunset was fantastic, and I watched as the shades of every color sprayed across the horizon. Taking that few minutes to watch the sunset truly creates peace.
It may be just a feeling that I have, but in the end it’s a feeling. I’m unsure why so many people discount feelings but don’t discount feeling. If someone stabs you with a knife the pain is overwhelming, but is it any less so if you are betrayed or nearly destroyed by someone close to you? After all, it’s still a feeling. And they’re the problem lies.
Feelings are one of the most intense things that we deal with always, but so many people get lost and don’t realize how much feeling there is in feeling the things we feel. I’m not so sure that those people who do not feel truly do not feel. I’m not sure if those people who hear the music but never cry are truly without the emotion that runs upon them. It’s hard to understand that sometimes we have been battered and beaten to ignore that thing that should be most important to us and how we should feel more deeply than we show.
Are your feelings overwhelming? Do they come out and fit full sputters that make you wonder about the dying of the light and the rage that you feel? Do you understand that even after all that is and all that was the most important part was how you felt?
Take hold of who you are. Don’t let anyone take away the furiousness of your feelings for sake of their insecurities and emotionless moments. Grab hard the rains of that gray horse and ride it hard until it takes you away and feel the wind upon your hair and the main blowing across your hands as you find a pathway to feel. I believe in you.
So as the sun sets on another day, it may be nothing more than feelings but you will never forget. No one can take away the passion, the excitement, the fear, or the love that you know was real. Find the way to be yourself always, and let the world know that you are there always, no matter what.
Sleep sweet, love life, and I believe in you…
