The sun sets on another day…
Perhaps I should say the rain sets on another day. Well, not really. It was raining, but it was still pretty outside, and the sunset as always had a hint of magic in it.
Magic. It is a cool thing. There is a little magic in everything we do, everything we are, everything we see. Maybe it is not magic like in some movies, but it is magic nonetheless. a magic all its own.If I were to define it, I would say it is a beauty and power we don’t quite understand but we feel. I would like to think we see magic all around us, and that magic is something that permeates our vision, and gives us a hope towards the world.
Hmmm.
So here I sat, watching the rain, and watched the rain wash away the debris from the wind. I wanted the rain wash away a lot, just like magic, and all the while everything smelled a little better, looked a little better, and well, it was good.
Sometimes we need a little magic. That magic can be in a lot of forms, but sometimes we just need it, and it will clean the area, and make things just a little better. Appreciate it, enjoy it, and be happy that it is there.
So as the sun sets on another day, maybe it is just rain, but it feels a little magical. Enjoy your eve, laugh a little, and be a part of a world that has magic in it, no matter what.
