The sun sets on another day…
I was a little surprised when I considered how fast January came and left. Sunsets came and went, and life went on. It has now been a long time since I have been writing on 29000sunsets. I reset it four and a half years ago, and continue to write here, trying to make sense out of the senseless, rattle, roll, or leave some type of guidance, and along the way have picked up a lot of readers, and had a lot of fun.
As January winds down, take just a moment and test your place. I do mine quite a bit. My questions:
- Are you where you want to be?
- Are you where you need to be?
- Are you happy?
- Are you making a difference?
My most dramatic changes in my life have been around question 3, but the others mean as much. We all have our own questions. Consider yours, ask, and come back to them often.
So as the sun sets on another day and as the sun sets on another month, be happy where you are, enjoy the sunset, and laugh all you can in the face of everything, no matter what.
