The sun sets on another day…
Wow.
Tonight as the sun set I was in just the right place at just the right time. It always amazes me how there are times that a picture just frames itself in front of you, and a moment later, there it is, a reality.
Now this may not be the best picture I have ever taken, but as I sat there looking at the sky, watching the wind lightly ripple through the flag, I just felt good for a minute. I wanted just for that second to be in a great place, a place that was at peace.
Of course that is when a horn blew and I had to get moving, but it was a good second none the same. Sometimes we just need that good second to take us to the next level and we just have to make it so. Sometimes, it is more than just a thought, it is actually something we can do. When you have that chance, let’s not pass it by, instead, let’s make t so, and in the process enjoy the evening.
So as the sun sets on another day, well dern, life can be great if we make it great, so what are you waiting for, take a second, enjoy that second, and then make all the seconds that follow even better, no matter what.
